SMS Terms of Service

Program description

Servelo Login Authentication. Servelo sends a one-tap sign-in link by SMS so you can access your Servelo Corporation account without a password. We use this program solely for account sign-in (authentication). We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging, and we never send recurring or unsolicited messages.

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in, and both require an action you take yourself — Servelo never adds you automatically or on your behalf:

1. Tap the consent button. A Servelo team member sets up your account during a direct, one-to-one conversation that you initiate when you agree to try the product, and sends you a personal setup link. That page shows a single button — "Text me my secure sign-in link" — with this SMS disclosure shown directly above it. You opt in by tapping that button.

2. Text a keyword. You may also opt in by texting BEGIN (or START) to the Servelo number your contact gives you. You will receive a single reply that confirms your opt-in and contains your secure sign-in link.

No SMS is ever sent until you take one of those two actions.

Message frequency

Recurring is not applicable — you receive a sign-in link by SMS only when you request access to your account (typically one message per sign-in). You will not receive messages you did not initiate.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Servelo does not charge you for these messages, but your wireless carrier may, depending on your plan.

How to opt out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and stop sending login messages to that number. You will need to use a different sign-in method or contact support to regain access if you opt out.

How to get help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message we send for support information, or email .

Supported carriers

Supported in the United States on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
