Servelo tests perishable foods that you and your family eat every day for common toxins and additives – metals, pesticides, mold, excess sugars. We provide this data to you, the consumer, as a subscription service.
By Summer 2026, we'll publish results for ~95% of the most-purchased U.S. baby food products. When you sign up, you'll be able to follow our progress, receive notifications as products go live, and help choose what we test next. New categories will arrive in late 2026—selected by our community.
We partner with independent, ISO accredited labs who test food that we personally purchase at randomized grocery stores. When you sign up with us, you can see which specific products we test and what the results were. We specialize in details – what store it was bought at, what the lot code was, what date it was tested, how this product has tracked over time as we re-tested it.
We do not partner with, endorse, or have any relationship with food manufacturers or suppliers, and we never will. We do not include manufacturer-conducted test results. Everything happens directly between us and independent labs using randomized samples. We don't pass judgment on manufacturers—producing clean food in today's ecosystem is challenging. Our goal is simple: transparency. The only way for products to improve on our platform is for manufacturers to deliver cleaner food to consumers.
Our founders (Ian and Josh) personally struggled with heavy metal detoxification, food allergies, and other dietary driven issues. They got tired of trusting the labels and decided to check everything for themselves. Now, they're building this company for their families and yours!
We are targeting a launch in Summer 2026. However, if you join our founding list, we will be sending you results as they come in for free (limited time only).
Pricing is still being finalized. Our plan is to test constantly and repeatedly to give our customers the most accurate and up-to-date data. We will update pricing information once it's determined. For now, founding members receive free access.

We plan to test products frequently throughout the year. The exact frequency will vary based on product availability and demand.
