We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. SMS messaging
You opt in to account sign-in texts by your own action — either by tapping the consent button on a personal setup link a Servelo team member sends you during a direct conversation, or by texting BEGIN (or START) to the Servelo number your contact provides. Only after you take one of those actions do we send you a one-tap sign-in link by SMS through our messaging provider, Twilio. We never message you automatically or before you opt in. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message and data rates may apply. You receive a sign-in link only when you request access to your account. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms of Service for full details.
5. Cookies and similar technologies

6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Login challenge records (the short-lived codes and links we send by SMS) are retained for ten minutes after issue and then consumed or expired. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained longer.
7. Your rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in either). To exercise any of these rights, email .
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, hashed authentication credentials at rest, and per-account rate limiting on login attempts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
